Cakes2U is committed as always to providing an efficient and friendly delivery service of quality cakes and party fare whilst ensuring the well being & safety of our customers and staff. This core value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
For you to continue with important team morale moments in your office and celebrations with family & friends in your home, I would like to assure you we are upholding our usual high safety and hygiene standards and have implemented infection control measures as outlined by the World Health Organisation (WHO). CAKES2U has implemented a COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN which we continually monitor and review/amend in line with changes in health advice from NSW Health.
We are consistently monitoring the health of our staff and have informed them of good hygiene practices and are ensuring adherence. All of our employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. All staff have also been informed to not come to work if they fall sick. They will follow all advice and testing requirements in regards to return to work, based on latest guidance from NSW Health.
Our delivery team continue thorough cleaning and sanitisation of their delivery vehicles as well as regular regime of washing of hands with warm water and soap and using hand sanitiser whilst delivering, and mask wearing. We want you to feel at ease by reassuring you our staff are aware and respect that many of our customers would prefer a 'contact free' process during a delivery, however this will only be possible for account & credit card transactions.
Please feel comfortable when placing an order with Cakes2U that we understand the complexity of organising an event, especially at this time. We want to assure you we will continue as we have always been to be as flexible as possible regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of orders.
To encourage our 'business as usual' approach and to support customers implementing Social Distancing, please see the huge range of individual items we offer. These include slices, tarts, muffins, pastries and desserts as well as loads of different cupcakes in different sizes and flavours (including Gluten Free and Vegan!)
