What a wonderful company! They called me to confirm my order and to tell me how nice the message was that I was sending for a special surprise for my mum. Then they texted to confirm when they were dropping off the order. Couldn’t recommend more and worth every cent! Thankyou so much

The customer service and delivery driver were really friendly and very helpful. The delivery driver notified me when he would be arriving and was very pleasant and helpful. He explained the foil balloons I ordered were out of stock (that was disappointing as it was for my anniversary) but apart from that everything else was really great. Exceptional customer service.
