The delivery driver Simon is wonderful. Instead of refunding the Valentine's Day balloons cost, he went back to collect the balloons and re-deliver again. It brightened up my family's day and made our wedding anniversary more memorable. The kids love playing with the balloons. 😀 Thanks Simon!!
