The cake was fresh. The cream was freshly made. The sponge was light and the strawberries and chocolate were superb. I was very impressed. As i wasn't sure if you would be baking it on Saturday as you are closed on Sunday. The delivery on Monday was made as promised. I am dreaming of the cake even now. Thank you for a success.
